Loving as God commands us to love is a serious matter. This pure love is what makes us a true believer
of God, one who is doing the things God has given for us to do. We can see that if we do not love, we remain
in death. If we hate, dislike, loath,
detest or disfavor a person, then we do not love with God’s pure
love. Yes, we are to HATE the SIN, not the sinner. We must show our love as Christ loves us and
the rest of mankind. We can love when
our inner most being is filled with a desire from God to serve and please God. If we are to please Him and show Him our love
for Him, then we will do all He has given and commanded us to do.
