Moving accounts

I am moving my blog to ministrynewstoday.blogspot.com and this google plus account to Jacob Prayite.

This account is under a Microsoft e-mail account and I have just found so many better fetures using a google e-mail.

I will be slowly moving my e-mail from ministrynews@live.com to ministrynewsorg@gmail.com

Sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.

Live everyday as if it was your last.

Where ever you find yourself there are people that do not know Jesus. Live your life as a witness and be bold in the Lord.
It is through your life you can plant and harvest for the Lord.  What you know as a fact through faith many have no idea that Jesus is alive and coming again soon.
So let me encourage you to live your life for Him, even just a small greeting can impact someone and open their heart to hear about the Lord.

If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.   1 Peter 4:11

Having a bad day?

Turn to the Lord!

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Romans 12:12

It is normally a decision we make. To view things from the worlds eyes, or to view things through our Lords eyes.  Let us all make a decision to view our surroundings in the eyes of the Lord.  Pray and seek His face in all you do.

2012 Northwest Christian Renewal Conference

This was a fantastic conference with many great people and classes on about every aspect of writing you might like to learn about.
For anyone who enjoys writing in any form and wish to find ways to improve or find new outlets, these Christian writers conferences are where you should be going.   Not only can you find many ways to improve your great writing, you get to fellowship with some really great Christian people.
Keep your eyes and ears pealed for ones in your area and the ones in the North West at the end of the year.
They also have many local groups that get together weekly or monthly.  They can help with proofs and are great places to fellowship with other Christians going through what you may be going through.

If you are looking for writers in your area NWCW may be able to help you find them.

Politics in the USA

Interesting article http://www.theoldguyphd.com/tag/ken-huber

I find this true and disturbing.
I do know that God is in control, I do know that as God's people we should be aware of what is going on and PRAY!

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Ephesians 6:12

This verse is not saying to be against the rulers and such that are over our country, but to be against the evil that spreads it's lies to us.   Pray that the leaders of our country are awakened to God's truth, that they will be changed and make their laws line up with the Almighty.

The Carnival Girl

Some people talk about running away to join the carnival — but Phyllis Horne really did it! At 14, she was stuck in a home where abuse & alcoholism were the norm, so she headed out to find something better. Living under a bridge, Horne was taken in by carnie's — Carnival Workers — who showed her the ways of the carnie's gypsy life.

Soon Horne was traveling from city to city, relishing in her new career — and gathering stories as she went. But working for the carnival wasn't all fun & games. Horne endured brushes with the law, broken relationships and family trials. But she rose above those challenges to eventually own her own business and earn a comfortable retirement in Idaho.

A master storyteller, Horne will charm you with her absorbing tales of the carnie lifestyle and her rise to success. You will be inspired to realize anyone — even a young runaway to the carnival — can experience The American Dream.
